Join certified yoga instructor, Susan Litviak for a beginner appropriate yoga practice and guides you through uniting body, breath, and balance. Weather permitting this program includes a wooded walk to the House, yoga and time for silent meditation and reflection. The stark landscape of winter is a beautiful backdrop to this serene experience. This program does not include a tour but registrants are eligible for a reduced priced ticket.
