Event Description:
Every employer with employees working in the State of Illinois is required to provide all employees with annual sexual harassment prevention training that complies with Section 2-109 of the Illinois Human Rights Act (“IHRA”) by December 31, 2020, and on an annual basis thereafter. Restaurants and bars are required to provide “supplemental” sexual harassment prevention training that complies with Section 2-110 of the IHRA.
The SACC will be providing a showing of this training at our November Lunch and Learn! All participants will receive a completion certificate after the program. This showing will be held at the Sandwich Fire Department. Seating capacity is limited to 25 participants. Box lunches will be available for purchase for those that would like to eat. Chamber Members interested in viewing the program remotely can request the log in link. Pre-Registration is required for seating limitations as well as food ordering.
